That’s perfectly okay! I specialise in helping clients identify their passions, strengths, and opportunities to create a fulfilling career path.

How are sessions conducted?

All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom to ensure flexibility and convenience for my clients.

Do you offer appointments outside of office hours?

Yes, I offer a limited number of weekday evening and Saturday morning appointments. Please click the ‘Book Now’ button to see my availability.

Do you offer a free consultation or introductory session?

What are your rates or packages?

My rates vary depending on the type of service or package. For detailed pricing, please visit the Services section of my website. If you need a package tailored for your specific needs, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Do you offer discounts?

My packages offer the best value for money when booking my services. If you book an individual coaching session and decide to upgrade to a package, I will amend the pricing for you so that you get the benefit of the package pricing. If you have previously purchased a package and decide to add additional sessions these are available at a special rate.

Do you offer payment plans?

I believe coaching should be as accessible as possible and I offer a payment plan for my Career Coaching package. The cost is divided into two payments, one at the time of booking and the balance is due prior to your 3rd session. Due to the significant amount of time I devote to preparation for my Interview Skills and CV review packages I am unable to offer a payment plan for these.

What is your payment and cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Payment is due at the time of booking a package or session. Payment can be made via Revolut or bank transfer. I ask for a minimum of 24hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges. I charge a €50 rescheduling fee for cancellations made at late notice.

Do your sessions qualify for a fee contribution from Health Insurers?

It depends on your policy. As I hold an ICF accredited qualification in Life Coaching and an MA in Psychology I have had clients in the past who have received a refund of a portion of the session fee from their Health Insurance. I’m happy to provide a receipt to you if this is something that your health insurance offers. I advise all clients to check their policy first.

Is my information confidential?

Yes, all client information is kept confidential in accordance with GDPR legislation.

Can you guarantee results?

There are too many variables at play to be able to guarantee specific outcomes. However, I provide the tools, guidance, and strategies my clients need to help them to achieve their goals. Your commitment and effort will also play a significant role in your success.
