About Rachel

With over 18 years’ experience in the Career Guidance sector, I’ve had the privilege of supporting countless clients in building meaningful and fulfilling careers. I’m deeply passionate about empowering women who feel stuck in their professional journey, often juggling competing demands that leave little time for themselves.

I founded Calm Space Coaching to create a sanctuary for women—a place where they can step away from the chaos of daily life, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover their purpose. My approach is all about creating a calm, supportive environment where clarity and confidence can thrive.

I’m a qualified Life Coach, completing my ICF accredited training with the Irish Lifecoach Institute in 2023. I also hold a BA and MA in Psychology from UCD and UCC, along with additional certifications in counselling skills, solution-focused brief therapy, and facilitation. These qualifications, combined with my experience, allow me to provide thoughtful and tailored support to every client.

When I’m not coaching, I live in Dublin with my husband and two kids, who—on a good day—might see me as more than just their snack delivery service.

Health Insurance Contribution

As Rachel holds qualifications in both Life Coaching and Psychology, coaching sessions with Calm Space Coaching may meet the requirements for a contribution of part of the session fee with some health insurers. Check your policy to see if your insurer offers money back on life coaching sessions.
